Returns & Refund Policy
If for whatever reason you are unhappy with the product or it has become faulty you can effectively return it to myhomehero within 90 days at no cost to yourself. You are required to provide myhomehero with notification of this request within this 90 day period. Notifcation can be made through any one of the contact methods listed at https://myhomehero.today/contact however, for the avoidance of doubt this can be by emailing email@example.com or by calling us on 0800 464 7370. All returns will be dealt with swiftly, at zero cost to the client and will encompass an engineer returning to your property to safely de-install the previously installed product.
After the 90 day period expires you will still be entitled to the manufacturers warranty which can be found in your handover pack or online at the relevant manufacturer web address. Please note subsequent visits to replace faulty equipment after the 90 day period has ended will result in additional charges relevant to the time of order.
We will not issue refunds on equipment after it has undergone installation unless it is has been shown to be poorly installed by one of our engineers and notified to us within the 90 day period by one of the contact methods listed above.
